From the front to the back

I've had a great time in L.A. this week, but I sincerely believe that Los Angeles is long overdue for a viable, city-wide public transportation system to meet the needs of its burgeoning immigrant labor force and address the urban sprawl issues. Also, my housekeeper's been late three times this week.
